Before pickup
- Check pockets for tissues, pens, and small electronics — they don't survive the wash.
- Pre-treat fresh stains gently. We'll do the rest, but acting quickly helps.
- Separate delicates and label any special items. We treat them as we'd treat our own.
- Tell us about fabric sensitivities or scent preferences in the booking notes.
After delivery
- Air out freshly washed linens for 10 minutes before storing — fabric loves to breathe.
- Store sweaters folded, not hung, to maintain shape.
- Rotate bedsheet sets to extend their lifespan.
- Use cedar or lavender sachets in drawers to keep things smelling fresh between washes.
